We want you to love every Laceva piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Free of perfume, deodorant, or any other scent or stain
• Returned in their original packaging where possible

We are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or are missing tags.

How to Start a Return

• Your order number
• The item(s) you'd like to return
• The reason for your return

We respond to all return requests within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. We'll send you instructions on where to send your item.
